Do I need to book in for class?

Yes!! You must book in before attending class, this guarantees safe instructor to student numbers, as well as secures your spot in our limited space/ specialty classes. 

What happens when the class I want to attend is full?

In the event that a desired class is full, you will be added to our waitlist and our team will contact you if a place becomes available!

When do you charge no show/ late cancel fees?

You may incur a late /no show fee if you book into a specialty class but do not attend or cancel within the 3 hour notice period before class commences. If you need to cancel any of these classes within our 3 hour notice period, please cancel via the app and call our team.

What are specialty classes?

Specialty classes are classes that require capped numbers due to equipment or instructor ratio standards.

At Newstead: They include reformer, cycle, run club and aerial classes

At Chermside and Mt Gravatt: They include reformer and aerial classes

 

Is there parking on site?

Yes! All locations have free parking for at least 2 hours if you validate correctly- please contact your home club for more information

 

How hot are your heated classes?

Our heated classes are set at 37 degrees celsius.

Where do I store my possessions during a class?

Please make use of our secure lockers around our facility. They activate via an easy to use (and set) combination lock.

How do I sync my calendar? 

  • Once you book a class, click into the ‘my bookings’ tab on your app.
  •  Above your list of bookings, you’ll see an ‘add to my calendar’ button, click this button and follow the prompts to copy your unique link. 
  • Once you’ve copied this link, click into the settings app on your phone and find the passwords and accounts tab. 
  • Click through and scroll down to the bottom of this page and select add account.
  • On this page please scroll down and select ‘other.’
  • In this tab you’ll see an option to ‘add subscribed calendar’ which you’ll need to click into. 
  • Finally, paste the link from your app, follow the ‘next’ prompts then your calendar will sync to your phone!
