Each day begins with a dynamic yoga session to energise you, followed by a wholesome breakfast. Then, you’ll gather in Satsang, a supportive space for pranayama and sharing insights with fellow trainees and mentors.
Explore yogic philosophy, including the Eight Limbs of Yoga, chakras, and koshas, connecting ancient wisdom to modern life.
After lunch, the Teaching Lab focuses on practical skills like alignment, assisting, and teaching. This hands-on practice helps build the confidence and skills you’ll need to guide others.
