Created to make the most of out 45 minutes, this class will push you to complete a sequence of drills at 12-15 timed stations focusing on the lower body, upper body, and core. This cardio and H.I.I.T infused workout also utilizes a variety of equipment to push your workout to the next level. The kettlebell is an ancient tool used by athletes through the ages to keep in shape and strengthen the body with primal movements. It teaches you to use your own power to move a weight and manage the momentum. Kettlebells are for all levels, from beginners to experienced athletes. You will primarily practice the 7 Kettlebell sport movements: Swing, Clean, Push Press, Hard Press, Half Snatch, Snatch and Jerk. This is a skill based practice that hones your technique with continued training.

Get sweaty and shredded in our epic functional-based MetCon class! You’ll move to a combination of all of your favourite functional elements, including bodyweight circuits, Kettlebell sequences and TRX drills to deliver a total body burn. Think EMOM and high-intensity HIIT sessions bundled into one. This is a serious mobility, strength and fitness challenge, so be prepared to work!

AERIAL YOGA GENTLE FLOW
Beginner-Intermediate
This class is a low intensity flow. You will be guided through your practice at a gentle pace, to allow for a deeper understanding of the movements, poses and your body.
Taught as a sequential flow to music, this class incorporates levitating meditations, partial or full body inversions, alongside various forms of flowing spinal traction and finishing with floating Savasana.

AERIAL POWER FLOW
Intermediate-Advanced
Aerial Power Flow classes are recommended to students who have completed a minimum of 3 Aerial Flow classes.
Move and flow through sequencing designed to challenge your body, developing strength, stamina & flexibility. Be prepared to work hard and feel the benefits, building your confidence as you master intermediate to advanced Aerial Yoga techniques.
