Challenge yourself and engage your core in our Hot Pilates Sculpt class. Fusing core pilates mat work and high-intensity interval training, this class will burn your muscles while you work up a sweat! Add small weights to enhance your training and condition the entire body. This is a serious trilogy workout combining strength, mobility, and endurance.

Hot, Yoga, Sculpt
The ultimate hybrid of yoga, pilates and H.I.I.T training, Yoga Sculpt works to utilise yoga asanas (postures), with functional strength movements, hand weights and resistance bands to strengthen, tone and sculpt the entire body. Completed in our unique heated room for that extra challenge, this workout will push you to your limits!
A traditional form of pilates, Matwork Pilates incorporates breathing patterns and core stabilising sequences to help align and strengthen the body. A great foundational class, you’ll be guided through a series of seamlessly flowing exercises that work to use your body weight, dumbbells and booty bands to achieve an all-over sculpt. Non-heated, all fitness levels including pre and postnatal are welcomed.
