No, all members will have an account in the new app with all their existing membership entitlements. As a security measure, you will just need to request a password reset the first time you log in.
Yes! Members can put their membership on freeze and get immediate confirmation. For any variations to these standard freezes (e.g., medical), please contact your studio reception. T&Cs apply.
Yes! You can submit feedback directly to your studio reception team, requesting a call back if required.
Yes! Members can make real-time payments for classes, recovery, and creche. Soon you will be able to manage your membership payments, too!
No, all future and previous bookings are still available in your in-app calendar.
Yes! You are able to book in any order, and can see both of these on your in-app calendar.
All classes can be browsed 7 days in advance, but Reformer Pilates is limited to booking 3 days in advance. If your membership entitles you to longer booking periods, you will be able to access this via the app.
Members can cancel class bookings up to 30 minutes before the start time, and recovery/creche up to 60 minutes before. Please contact your studio reception if you are unable to cancel before this time. T&Cs apply.
Yes! The app includes a direct link to TotalFusion’s virtual class platform. You can log into this with your existing Virtual account.
