Level 1: Four Pillars of Stillness

The first level serves as your introduction to the foundational principles of restorative yoga. The focus here is on the concept of ‘stillness,’ a core element that enables deep healing. Throughout this four-day period, you’ll engage in practices aimed at helping you:

Level 2: Deep Rest
Dates: 22 – 25 February 2024 & 18 – 21 April 2024
Building on Level 1, the Deep Rest curriculum extends your expertise by introducing advanced techniques and sequences. Across these two sets of dates, you’ll:
Acquire a thorough understanding of how restorative yoga affects the endocrine and nervous systems.
Master a deeply unique sequence geared towards rehabilitation, rejuvenation, regulation, and renewal.
