What to expect

During an Osteopathy session, you can expect a thorough assessment and personalised treatment. Your Osteopath will begin by discussing your medical history, current symptoms, and any specific concerns you may have. This will be followed by a physical examination, where your posture, movement, and areas of discomfort are carefully evaluated.

Treatment involves gentle, hands-on techniques such as stretching, massage, and joint manipulation to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore balance to your body. Your Osteopath may also provide advice on exercises, posture, and lifestyle adjustments to support your recovery and maintain long-term health.

Each session is tailored to your unique needs, and you can expect a collaborative approach aimed at helping you achieve optimal well-being.

He discovered osteopathy through his own experiences with sports injuries and has since dedicated his career to this holistic approach to healthcare.

Isaiah’s treatment combines a biopsychosocial model, addressing not only the immediate cause of pain but also external factors like sleep, stress, and lifestyle choices that may contribute to discomfort. Isaiah believes that while massage and joint manipulation are useful, true and lasting change comes from combining these with strength conditioning and realistic goal setting
