Experience deep relaxation and detoxify the entire body in our full-spectrum infrared saunas. Using state-of-the-art technology, you’ll have access to three unique infrared wavelengths, all designed to target varying wellness needs.

Near Infrared: The shortest infrared wavelength, Near Infrared (NIR) works to target surface-level conditions and improve skin health, including wound healing, cell renewal, and tissue growth.

Mid Infrared: A mid-range wavelength, Mid Infrared (MIR) extends deeper into the surface level of the skin to penetrate the body’s soft tissue, which may assist in promoting circulation, pain relief, and weight loss.

Far Infrared: As the name suggests, Far Infrared (FIR) works to penetrate the deepest corners of the body to target both muscular and cell concerns, promoting full body detoxification, improved cardiovascular health, and relaxation.

Infrared saunas may help to improve: Recovery, Circulation, Muscle Tension, Performance, Muscle Mass, Detoxification, Longevity & Sleep.

How does it work?

Infrared wavelengths make direct contact with the skin and deeper layers of the body to increase your internal temperature. This increase in body temperature sets off a cascade of physiological effects which encourage various health benefits such as detoxification, improved circulation, cell renewal and healing.
Infrared saunas work differently to regular saunas by heating the body directly rather than the air within the enclosure which serves for faster heating and more targeting results.

Preparation

Before entering the sauna, you will need to change into a bathing suit and bring a towel with you. It is a good idea to hydrate before and after your sauna session to replenish any lost fluids. Please avoid alcohol before or after your sauna session. We do not recommend a sauna session if you are feeling unwell. For those with heart conditions, we recommend consulting with your doctor regarding usage. You wont need to book an appointment to use the Infrared sauna if you have an active wellness membership, alternatively you can purchase a casual recovery pass here.

What to expect

Infrared saunas offer a distinct experience from traditional ones by directly warming the body with infrared light. This results in a milder, yet deeply penetrating heat, promoting profuse sweating, relaxation, and potentially improved circulation. Sessions typically last 20 to 45 minutes. Many users feel rejuvenated post-session, but hydration is crucial due to fluid loss. It’s essential to consult a healthcare professional before starting, ensuring it’s suitable for your health and well-being.

Recommended Usage

For infrared sauna beginners, it’s advisable to start with 1-2 sessions weekly, lasting about 15 minutes each. As you adjust, you can lengthen your time to 30-45 minutes. As the saunas temperature is adjustable, we suggest to start lower and be gradually increased based on comfort. Everyone’s body reacts differently, so always prioritise how you feel.
