What are the different class options?

Barefoot Bootcamp
Using a combination of yoga, pilates, kettlebells and athletic drills, this unique class offers a great balance between strength and cardio training. Performed in a heated studio, get ready to sweat as you test your mental strength and push through the heat to reach your fitness goals.

Hot Barre Sculpt
A fusion of ballet, pilates and high-intensity training, work towards a lean physique in our Hot Barre Sculpt class. With the help of a ballet barre and resistance bands, we combine the best drills from your favourite body leaning training styles to strengthen and condition the whole body.

Hot Pilates Sculpt
Challenge yourself and engage your core in our Hot Pilates Sculpt class. Fusing core pilates mat work and high-intensity interval training, this class will burn your muscles while you work up a sweat! Add small weights to enhance your training and condition the entire body. This is a serious trilogy workout combining strength, mobility, and endurance.

Abs, Buns & Guns
This pilates based class emphasises multi-planar movements that work to target the abs, define the arms and lift the glutes. This class is performed in a heated room to help you burn more fat, create leaner muscles and push your strength training to a whole new level. All fitness levels welcome.

Abs, Buns & Barre
Our ever-popular Abs, Buns, Guns meets Barre. This pilates based, low impact class emphasises multi-planar movements that work to target the abs, define the arms and lift the glutes. This class is performed in a heated room to help you burn more fat, create leaner muscles and push your strength training to a whole new level. All fitness levels welcome, please hydrate beforehand.

Hot, Yoga, Sculpt
The ultimate hybrid of yoga, pilates and H.I.I.T training, Yoga Sculpt works to utilise yoga asanas (postures), with functional strength movements, hand weights and resistance bands to strengthen, tone and sculpt the entire body. Completed in our unique heated room for that extra challenge, this workout will push you to your limits!

Matwork Pilates
A traditional form of pilates, Matwork Pilates incorporates breathing patterns and core stabilising sequences to help align and strengthen the body. A great foundational class, you’ll be guided through a series of seamlessly flowing exercises that work to use your body weight, dumbbells and booty bands to achieve an all-over sculpt. Non-heated, all fitness levels including pre and postnatal are welcomed.

What should I bring?

We request that you bring a water bottle, towel and socks to Reformer Pilates classes.

Is this offered at all clubs?

Yes, Reformer Pilates is offered at all locations as part of a TotalFusion membership type.

What should I do if I am new to Fusion?

Our classes are catered to beginners as well as more advanced members, so feel free to let your instructor know its your first time so they can give you an introduction.
